1. Shipping Zones

We ship to many countries worldwide. You can check if your country is available for delivery during the checkout process. If your country is not listed, shipping is currently unavailable to that location.


2. Carriers & Warehouses

We work with multiple international carriers depending on the destination country and product availability. Orders are shipped from either our German warehouse or directly from South Korea.


3. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order preparation time: 1 to 3 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 11 business days on average, depending on the destination
  • During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday or major sales), shipping may take longer.
  • In certain cases of temporary stock unavailability, especially when restocking from international warehouses, delivery may take up to 21 business days.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Delivery

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total order weight.

Free shipping is available for orders over 89 USD (or the equivalent in your currency). Orders over 1000 USD may be subject to special handling or shipping charges.


5. Taxes & Customs Duties

All taxes and customs duties are included for orders shipped to the European Union, United Kingdom, and GCC countries. For all other destinations, applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.


6. Order Tracking

Tracking is provided in two stages:

  • Internal tracking through your Glowsed account with the following statuses: Ordered, Payment Confirmed, Processing, Prepared, In Transit, Shipped.
  • External tracking via a tracking number sent by email once your order is shipped. You can use it on our tracking page or the carrier’s official site.

7. Order or Address Modifications

You may modify your order (add/remove items) as long as no tracking number has been generated. You can also update the shipping address unless the order is marked as "Delivered" or "Delivery Failed."


8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

Package loss within our warehouses is extremely rare. If a package is lost by the carrier, an immediate investigation will be launched. The processing time is 7 business days. Once resolved, customers can choose a replacement shipment or a refund as store credit to their Glowsed Wallet.


9. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please submit a short unboxing video within 3 days of delivery, along with a list of affected items. Our quality team will review the case within 7 business days and may approve a full or partial replacement, or deny the claim if the conditions are not met.


10. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are not accepted due to the expiration-sensitive nature of skincare products. However, damaged items upon delivery and electronic devices (e.g., Age Booster, Mini Booster) may be eligible for review and replacement upon verification.
